2-1/8 inch deep 4-in octagon boxes with vertical bracket fan supports and (3) 1/2-in side knockouts and (5) 1/2-in bottom knockouts are used to install ceiling lighting fixtures fans convenience junction boxes and devices. The brackets on these boxes have self-adhesive strips to hold boxes in place while lag bolts are installed with both hands. Additionally they come supplied with mounting hardware. The octagon boxes are made with a versatile combination head screw that can securely fasten a conduit to an electrical junction box using a slotted, Phillips, or Robertson head screw driver. They also come with labor saving installation and mounting tabs that align with most lighting fixtures.
